Cathodic protection

Our experiment in design and construction of rectifiers adapted to extremely severe environmental constraints enables us to play an active part in Cathodic protection and propose reliable solutions against the corrosion of the underground or submerged metallic structures distribution networks and transport of gas, water and oil.

Corrosion is the degradation of a metallic structure by the environment in which it is located.
It is possible to neutralise this phenomenon by lowering, in an artificial manner, the potential of the metal in contact with this environment.
- Underground structures : underground networks and pipelines, tanks and reservoirs, electric cables, etc.
- Submerged structures : harbour or river structures, hulls on ships, etc.
- Reinforced concrete structures : bridges, tunnels
